Humanities ay isang art
appreciation. Ito ang madalas na pag ko-coin sa “humanities”. Kailangan raw sa subject
na Introduction to Humanities ay paa-aralan ang arts kaya naman madalas sa buong daloy ng subject sa buong semester
ay puro “pag alam” -kung meron nga ba talaga. Aalamin ang kasaysay ng arts sa visual, music, at teatro ngunit ang
ganitong paraan ay limitado lamang sa pagpapakuhulugang kung ano ba talaga ang humanities.
Ika nga ni Karl Marx, walang art history ang makikita lang natin ay mga taong
gumagawa ng art.
Kaya mula dito, nais nating
bigyan pansin ang ating mga kurso o disiplina upang mas lalong bigyan ng
karampatang kahulugan ang “humanities”. Halimbawa na lamang dito ang kurso na
Bachelor in Secondary Education, Major in English na sa future ay magiging mga
guro sa highschool at nariyan din ang Bachelor of Science in Electronic
Communication Engineering (ECE) – pero hindi na nga ata ECE ang tawag dito,
ayon sa mga estudyanteng nakausap ko kundi Electronic Engineering na kaiba
naman sa Electric Engineering. Ang dalawang halimbawang kurso ay hindi lang
naman simpleng dahil upang magkaroon ng trabaho ang mga nag-aral nito kundi
kung ano ang magagawa ng kursong ito at ng estudyante sa pag unlad o pag usad
ng tao sa lipunang ating ginagalawan.

Para palawakin ko lalo ang aking kaalaman kailaingan kong pag aaralan kong paano nila binuo ang mga gadgets na ginawa nila
Hindi lang mga gadgets ang pwede kong pagaralan. Marami pang kagamitan na nainbento na may kinalaman sa aking kurso
Kapag lumawak na ang aking kaalaman sa kursong ito pwede na akong makagawa o makadiskubre ng mga bagong kagamitan na may kinalaman sa kursong kinuha ko

Academe is any place of learning. It may be a day care centers, schools, campuses, universities or even our own home because we also learn here from our family.
Pedagogy is the art or method of teaching. Different teachers or instructors uses different manners, styles and techniques of teaching. Some uses teacher centered methods an old typical type of instructor, wherein the teacher playing the role of being the master of the subject matter, others are interactive or participative teacher wherein they listen and even learned from students during the class participation, forum, panel discussion, role playing even during games, while others uses technology and instructional resources.
Humanities is an academic discipline which study the human condition, using methods that are primarily analytical, critical or speculative as distinguished from the mainly empirical approaches of the natural and social sciences. Examples of the discipline are ancient and modern languages which is the study of modern and classical languages forms the backbone of modern study of the humanities, literature which is any sequence of words that has been preserved for transmission in some form or other, law which means a rule which is capable of enforcement through institutions, history which are systematically collected information about the past, it also refers to the study and interpretation of the records of humans, societies, institutions, and any topic that has changed over the time, philosophy which is generally the study of problems concerning matters such as existence, knowledge, justification, truth, justice, right and wrong, beauty, validity, mind and language, religion which deals with the different beliefs of people, and visual and performing arts wherein the artists uses their own body, face and presence as a medium.
Human development is the process of becoming biologically mature. It is also a concept within the scope of the study of human conditions. We can maximize our knowledge in human development by our own experiences and the experiences of everyone around us. An example is by participating in an outreach program, wherein we can enhance our human development and the development of other people there, by simply helping we will learn a lot as well as the others. By mingling and interacting with other people or even with other tribes or other people different from us, we learn many things, we also discover new things, new attitudes, new techniques of improving our lives for the better. We even learn new beliefs and different point of views from other people. Sometimes, although we are not aware, we even imitate or practice what we learn from them, as well as it brings out the good in us its okay, but if it makes us bad we must not practice it. We can do many things to maximize our human development.

I chose the course Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, not only because its in demand but also because I have interest when it comes to technology. Inspired by all the people who live their lives to create and develop the technology that we use today and for the future.
I enrolled this course to learn and be professional so I could help the people in the future to make their life easier. Although E.C.E. is a tough course I believe in myself that I will finish this course no matter what.
When I finished this course I want to work on a telecommunication company first. I want people to feel much closer to each other even if their in the ends of the planet. I just want all of us to have a better life in the future.
