Napakaraming termino at depinisyon ang maari nating gamitin dito upang mas lalo nating maintindihan ang mga prinsipyo ng kursong ito. Sa kursong ito ang pedagoy o paraan kung paano matuto ang bawat myembro ng lipunan, ay pwedeng ibilang sa pinaka importanteng bagay upang mas lalong magpalalim sa pagtuturo. Ang indibidwal at ang relasyon o malaking kaugnayan nito sa lipunan at vice versa ay isa lamang sa maaring sakupin ng pedagogy. At syempre isa pa sa importanteng sangkap ng kursong ito ay ang wika o lengwahe. Sa paraang ito, nasisiguro natin kung paano nauunawaan o naiintindihan ang mga bagay na dapat pag-aralan at bukod pa dito, dahil nagbibigay tayo ng diin sa kurso, ang mga disiplinang ito ay may sariling lengwahe o wika din na kaiba o unique sa mga wika tulad ng Ingles, Filipino at iba pang wika.

My course is not easy. It is very challenging for me but I know studying with this course will give a lot to me. It will help me to learn everything. It give good knowledge to me. It will develop my social aspects and it will help me to improve my human development.
Bachelor in secondary education Major in English is quite hard but I know once I finish my study I will have a great profession. This career will improve my personality in such a way that I will know learn and apply the good values which a education student must contain.
As a education students, the teacher have high expectations to us. Our teachers teach us, as early as now on how to be a teacher. And if what is a teacher.They always tell us that a teacher is fine and pure.They inculcate in our mind and the values which a teacher must have that can help us to be a better individuals. Teachers have high expectation to education students whether in the attitudes or in academic part. Once you commit record in the guidance office other always say "education pa man siya". This course will help each individual to discipline their selves, to manage their time and to develop their personality through human development.
I'm still in first year so I want to practice my self to put up with a lot of routine activities in order to balance my time I know that teaching is one of the most important of all profession. To be a teacher is not easy, a teacher must demands special qualities such as genuine liking for all people, especially children young boys and girls so as early as now I want to develop these qualities. I am determine to finished my study with my course because it brings me to be good. I must have sense of humor, a positive and balance out look in life and also to have qualities of good leadership. My course always reminds me to retain respect and dignity.
a career or profession should give you the greatest happiness and satisfaction I'm proud to say that i have chosen the right course My Course really satisfies me and it makes me a better person. every thing under the sun experiencing CHANGE. Even the sun change when the moon starts to show. The season ,the time, an animals,and even a single person. Me, you, and them. we all experiencing this kind of phenomena. but how? is the time enough for us to recognize that change is the only temporal thing in this world?
but not all change naman ay negative,there are changes that we can call as positive naman para sa atin.and i think that teacher is the most influencing people in this world. not a president neither actor nor actresses. because all of them ay dumaan sa kamay ng mga teachers. sabi nga na, teacher is the second parents of their students.because the time given para sa kanila are much more than their biological parents.
in that four corner of the room. the teacher is their mama/papa and their classmates are their kapatid. at that room the teacher is responsible and ang masusunod sa nga oran na iyon para matuto ang bawat bata ng tamang asal,socialized, to be responsible someday.
pero lahat ay kailangan ng observation. teachers must observe first the student for him to know how to adjust his attitude toward to his students.at ang mahalaga ay nagkakaintindihan ang bawat isa. so language is very important. and the tearchers must know how to read at least yung mga galaw ng mga student niya.
teachers are not that perfect we also commit mistakes, we can influence our student in so many ways. so we are the key to their success of to their failures. sa lahat ng ginagaw o gagawin namin we must know that we are teachers,we are the model and the molder of this world. and if the molder is nit good enough, what are you expecting?

Humanities is distinguished as an academic disciplines that concern in almost everything, As Sir Meynard Baptista said: " Humanities is just a matter of art appreciation,maski ang simpleng pagtambay is an art.."
we are future teachers, but what can we do to contribute in human development?
we must know the pedagogy or the Science of education; it range from the full development of human being to skills acquisition; teachers are practitioners who primarily focusing to teach students not just for knowledge and future jobs but to construct skills which someday help the society esp. in raising economy.
It is correlated with language, in able to teach the students, you are using language- Filipino or English. English is universal language because almost local or international companies are using english language as their way of communication.it is also good to teach in filipino as it is part of our culture and history and almost filipinos talk in filipino language. the most important is that the language you are using will result to understanding and communication of lessons.
we can occupy various kinds of jobs because of teachers: Engineers, Technicians, doctors; lawyers etc. will not be on their career without the help of teachers...I, as a future teacher I will develop skilled and smart students to help in human development.

Everyone of us suffering from any kind of problem,but we wouldn't be weak for that,instead it would be our guide in pursuing our career.A teacher must also be strong,humble and generous,because this it's gonna be easy to get along with his/her students.Lastly we might have faithful,this is very important among the attitudes of a future educator might have.It serves us a way in our career in maximizing it in human development.
How to maximize our course in human development?This question reminds me of a quote saying,"Everything happens for a reason".Well this is a very logic question.Absolutely yes!! Everything might happen for a reason,we face and stand for it,because this is makes who you are.We wouldn't deny it,probably denying is denying what God's want you to be.
I injected this quote for me to say what could be a teacher is.Teaching is the very hard profession,why?because teachers are very persevere and kind in teaching their students even though its not easy for them ,but still here they are continue giving us a lot of knowledge and sharing what they have.
Bachelor of secondary Education major in English is challenging ,it helps you motivate yourself to do such thing that could be enhance your skills.Having this exciting subject I am sure that it will be good for us.Oh! We maximize our course un human development by applying knowledge to the quality of our thoughts , which becomes visible through our our words , our behavior and even our expressions . We will be able to conciously redirect what we have learned towards the positive attitude.We need to become the good and the role model of the youth in our generation.
We must learn and live something other than ourselves . And believe in the power of our will. We need to have courage and will to help one's own future. Naturally, none of us is powerful, But each of us have the power of freedom and limits to help other people.These are directly related to the principle
of freedom. This is about assuring that the individual will be free of needs,
violence and discrimination and free to organize.
And to think positively allow us to accumulate our inner strenght and enable us to be creative and constructive . Because , education helps us to have knowledge and ,learned everything that we need to know.
My hope is that we find knowledge of courage and commitment which will interpret us with wise and enlighten one's own mind .
some people discover early in life what they really want to be, their minds and hearts set on it even if does net conform to set patterns or expectations,believing in themselves despite opposition or criticism they work towards this goal with special pleasure with steady courage and full dedication..

teaching profession has a biggest part in humans development.the educator are responsible for the child's development in terms of information processing,conceptual resources,perceptual skill,language learning and other aspects of brain development.we, the future educator will feed the brain or mind of our student with lots of healthy knowledge and fresh information that would help them to answer questions and to understand things.the child will use the knowledge that she/he had gain from us in their daily lives.
in this profession you will also be involve to the child's behavior,to the emotions as well as to their outward expression.we will be building ones personality,we are responsible for their every actions,we are in charge for their discipline.it is our duty to teach them to do good because we will stand as their 2nd mother or father,we have to comfort them when they don't feel good.as we approach them, we have to keep the smile from our face because somehow it will bring good effect to the child,we need to exclude all bad attitudes from them and deduct all negative things from them.
college of education are not just always after at the academic field yet also in non academic.our skills or abilities will slowly be developed as we learn new things.the psychomotor learning is one of the three domains where in it is the relationship between cognitive functions and physical movement.psychomotor learning demonstrate the fine motor skills such as use of precision instruments or tools or actions which evidence gross motor skills such as the use of the body in dance,musical or athletic performance,the attention of psychomotor learning is given to the learning of coordinated activity involving the arms,hands,fingers and feet.
its a quite hard to be in that course yet i know i made a right decision.we are provided with education,but its up to us whether we chew it properly or not.

Human development is very influential to the study and learning of the student or even a simple human being. In studying human development, we (as future educators) can able to understand, to adapt, to adjust, and to look positively toward teaching our students in the future. As future teachers, we should be a good model and example for the students. We should mold them and make them better and productive citizens for our country and that is why, human development takes place in learning.
Pedagogy is a science of education. It gives learning methods that we can use to teach our students in the future, when we graduated in this course. It aims for education and proper learning that we can apply for our students so they can be good citizens for our country. It offers different strategies that we can use in order for us to become effective and efficient future educators. Through this, our country can overcome poverty and all citizens of our country can achieve education and learning through us, TEACHERS.
As a determinate student, he or she needs a place of learning. This is what we call Academe or academy. He or she must place here to attain an effective high education. Just like in time of Plato, a classical Greek philosopher and student of Socrates, who made sessions of teaching philosophy in his time. He used this gymnasium as an academy for teaching philosophy. However, now in our time, we have universities, schools, and colleges for children and youths who want to study and learn.
In teaching learners or students, we communicate on them and they listen to us. In communication, there are speakers as well as listeners. So we used language in order to communicate to them. Language helps us to express our feelings, to share our knowledge and also to exchange opinions and perspectives to other people. Through the use of language, we teach our students, we communicate with them, they can able to understand our thoughts, and we can also hear their sides about it. There is unity not only in the classroom but also in the whole world through Language.
We, as future educators, must put in our mind that our goals are to teach students, mold them to become good citizens for the country, and pass our knowledge in order for them to achieve their dreams. With the use of studying human development, we can understand, easily adapt, adjust and can also make us better, effective, efficient and productive teachers for the country.

TumugonBurahinPedagogy is the study of teaching. And as an Education student major in English, we must know the real meaning of the word “teaching”. Teaching is not just the give and take process, the teacher gives information and the student uses it. It is more than that, teaching requires a lot of abilities: the knowledge, hard work and patience to the students. As a teacher, we play an important role in their lives. We, future teachers are responsible for what will be the lesson that the students will learn for the day. A new learning that they can share. We can share those skills through language.
We use language in expressing ourselves. Through language, we can share the knowledge that we want to. We can help someone to develop their skills through different kinds of language. We have symbols for communicating to those who have disabilities. Through that, we are able to help everyone that needs to be.
Pedagogy, academe and language are connected to each other in enhancing the development of someone. Through academes which is our second home, language to communicate and a teacher who have the willingness to teach, share his/her knowledge to anyone, nothing is impossible in learning.
And since Education is the path that I chose, I must know all the skills that a best teacher has. For there will be no engineers, managers, accountants, ig there is no teacher who have once taught them how to.

As a future educator, we have a big role in the development and future of our student. Our responsibility is to teach and to share knowledge to each and every one of them. The failure of the student is also failure for the teacher, because it will only show that the teacher doesn't succeed to share the knowledge and information that is really for the human development.
Education traditionally has emphasized conveying a lot of information and facts and not modeled the learning process. When a teacher present materials to class, it usually in polished form that omits natural steps of making mistakes, recovering from them demonstrating that went wrong, and start over again. Learning naturally involves failure and a host associated effective responds. However education, pedagogy is lacking in certain areas and must be focused and re-engineered.
Every student has different needs depending on their development. It is not enough to teach the lesson and let them leave them without knowing if they learned from it. As an educator, we have to think of strategies that will help our course in human development.
The instructive strategies, the instructor’s own philosophical beliefs of instruction are harbored and governed the pupil background knowledge and experience, situation and environment, as well as learning goals set by students and teachers. The philosophy of education is describe as an education movement guided by passion of principle to help student develop consciousness of freedom, recognize authoritarian tendencies and connect knowledge to power and the ability to take constructive action.
School seems to be functioning as well as they have, however the challenges and expectation have dramatically changed. Realizing that education shift is happening in critical when redesigning the delivery of education to learner. These goals require changes in the design of learning environment. The basis of a model will serve as a foundation for educational pedagogy should be embodied from such a mindset. Educators should recognize the effective and cognitive state of the learner and responds in appropriate manner.
As a student of college universities we are required to choose our own courses that will reflect to each one skill of us and to the knowledge that we’ve learned to our past school years and the things that we want to change or to improve to ourselves.
TumugonBurahinEducation, this is the course that I have chosen. To become a teacher is one of my dreams, like others I want to have a good name in our industry through being a good professional and will build my own achievements someday.
Though, being a teacher is not easy as others think because every teacher has the biggest responsibilities to our community:
to the patients they are the nurse that cure in every pain whenever you feel down to yourself ‘cause of lacking knowledge, to the siblings they are the caring mother that’ll always guide you and to look for your strengthens or even weaknesses, and to the students they are the good teacher that’ll teach you to sets your own goals, to face obstacles and to build your biggest your dreams in life.
Being responsible, intelligence, understanding/humble, caring and a good creator of knowledge is a must for every teacher because teachers are the role model for future human development for the next generation of human history.
HOW TO MAXIMIZE OUR COURSE IN HUMAN DEVELOPMENT } Human development is very important in my chosen course. As one of the students taking Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education it is necessary to study this field because it explains relationships between the biological, cognitive, social and cultural aspects of development. AS a future educator I have to study of what we called "pedagogy" or the profession of teaching.It aims range from the full development of human being to skills acquisition. It also means "to lead a child". If there are teachers and students therefore there is "academe" which refers to the place or what we called academic environment. } One of the purpose of this course is to familiarize students with basic mechanisms of behavioral and brain development. To mold a students in a way we want, cannot be followed but the standard one. Sometimes people say that the behavior of students depend on the teachers who molded them that is why teachers are said to be a role model of a community but teachers are not reasonable to blame at all times because all they want is the best for their students and whatever negative result to anybody sometimes due to their choice. We should learn and understand that human has different behaviors which we can encounter in this course always. Teachers impose discipline first in learning because having discipline in our self leads us in the right way of learning. } In communication, language is the key for having conversations, to understand, to express our feelings and thoughts. Language to learn in terms of listening, writing, reading and speaking. Truly it is one of the most important one to learn and the reason why many Universities offered this kind of courses. Knowing language of other countries is favorable than knowing only the native one. Discipline also in the forms of doings like arts, dances and drawings. Human development for me is a stages thus there is history of learning. We have to know those we are intend to learn and need.It is man made through behavior. Some of these are religion, literature and philosophy. } While I'm reading about Human development I rather realize that the cover of this course is truly maximize as time goes by. Through new inventions, new kind of people in terms of behavior, updated forms of medias and also the law. In my own perception human development is the study of almost everything because human behavior can affects by the things surrounds us and also the events in our life. } There are lots of development in human. Some of these are language development, the developing mind, social development, social cultural development and many more. I have to understand and gain knowledge all about this because of my chosen career and for the better outcome of becoming a teacher. It is not only to simply share,teach, mold students and guide them to become responsible in doing their roles but also to make your students satisfied of what they learned from you. Human development in my course is through continues study and learning. As we always said "We cannot share what we do not have".

I know that in this course I won’t just going to deal with the young children Elementary but rather with the teenagers like me in High School or College. Secondary Education is a course that is being offered nationally.
As a student under this course we are being trained not just in learning how to teach and how to bring knowledge but also on how to develop ourselves to better humanity but what about in Human Development?
Education is very important to each one of us. At this era, it’s already a must-have. Finding a job would never be that easy anymore unless you’re full ‘educated’ meaning graduated in college. Even those easy-to-apply jobs before have already exceeded their requisites for an applicant to a higher level of standards. These types of community situations already explain how much a person needs to be educated. There are these being called “The Most Basic Capabilities for Human Development” and one of these is of course to be knowledgeable which means being educated. Others are: to lead long and healthy lives, to have access to the resources and social services needed for a descent standard of living, and to be able to participate in the life of the community. Without these many choices are simply not available, and many opportunities in life remain inaccessible.
So, I can say that this course is really related when it comes to human development. It is because it produces the educators, the teachers like us in the future who give knowledge to others. As what I’ve been said earlier, this course is being offered nationally, which is appropriate at these days like for now we have the so-called “K to 12”, and if ever the Philippines will going to need more additional teachers to educate and give knowledge.
For me giving knowledge is like investing to the people around you which where you actually investing to your community. And by investing in people, we enable growth and empower them to pursue many different life paths, thus developing their human capabilities.

Self-confidence is the ability to express ourselves in some ways.We need to express our ourselves for people to know our emotion,ideas,thoughts,aspiration and hopes.For what is our ideas if we do not have a self-cofident and how will people know our ability
we may also express ourselves by means of arts.There are lot of ways making an art.Paintings,composing songs,and creating some poem are example of art.Art is the process of creativity.How we think,react or respond on somebody says is an art.Because art is the side mirror of our personality.

Developing humans means a lot. It may be in learning,in attitude, and many more. Teachers nowadays do a big part in developing humans. They mold the attitudes of students. They teach good manners for the students to be a role model in our society. As we say teachers are our second parents and the schools are our second home.
Being a future teacher I can say that I can develop humans by training them on how to be a good citizen in our country. Maybe by doing good things in order to have good relationships with my future students. It may also be doing my best to give great way of teaching for they will be able to finish studying with good grades.
As a future educator i should be a promoter of good deeds for my students. I will be a good leader. But, they say that a good leader should also be a good follower. You can't be a good leader if you are not open-minded in the suggestions, questions, and comments of your students. you should accept the wrong doings you did and change for good.
We should also have a good instruction place we call as academe. Because students nowadays hate classrooms that is very small and dark. We should have good instruction place in order for the students to be eager in learning. We should also have interesting way of teaching. If its possible we should have lively discussion for the students so they will not be bored in listening to our lessons.
This are the ways on how to develop humans. I wish when I become a teacher I can do all this things.

Our country needs more than 39,000 teachers to balance the public school system. As I remember, Senator Richard Gordon said the number of public school teachers could not keep up with the rapid growth of pupils enrolling in public schools. The current teacher to student ratio is at one is to 50 (1:50), far from the ideal one teacher is to 35 pupils ratio.
As a student, I want to help our country to overcome our problem in Education, that's why, I'm taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education. I want to be one of that 39,000 teachers who will be the key of the students in their learning processes.
Based on my research, pedagogy means to teach something, so it is common to educators who share knowledge to their students.Successful pedagogy uses various strategies to involve your student in the subject being taught.
Human Development is also a concern in taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education. As an educator, we must know the changes that occur in human beings over the course of their life span particularly in the late childhood period and in the adolescence period. In late childhood period, children go through the transition from the world at home to that of school and peers. Children learn to make things, use tools, and acquire the skills to be a worker and a potential provider. Children can now receive feedback from outsiders about their accomplishments. In the Adolescence period that we may be encounter, it is the life between the onset of puberty and the full commitment to an adult social role. And that simply explains how our course can be maximize in Human Development.
Human development is a concept within the scope of the study of the human condition, specifically international development, relating to international and economic development.Human development encompasses more than just the rise or fall of national incomes. Development is thus about expanding the choices people have, to lead lives that they value, and improving the human condition so that people have the chance to lead full lives. Thus, human development is about much more than economic growth, which is only a means of enlarging people’s choices.

For me, being a Secondary Education student, the course that i'm taking up as of now is a big help with the human development in our country. That's why "Humanities" subject has to be learned and study to improve our teaching skills.In teaching development, we often divide cognition, language, physical, and social/emotional development. This is done to manage the amount of information. However, sometimes students fail to think about how these areas overlap. We also need a great behavior and patience to deliver a good information.
Communication can serve as another factor that can enhance our skills in teaching human development. The language that facilitates our cognitive understanding, and our cognitive understanding provides a foundation for language. Both language and cognition encourage interaction and understanding of the perspectives of others.
Teaching strategies is an example of a human development in education that can be emphasized by an educator.A future educator like me or even a present educator may prefer to learn about teaching strategies, and certainly that would be helpful. However, the strategies that was able to use are based on what we know about young students' development such as social,emotional, physical, aspects and language.

For us, being a future teacher someday, we should have our own basis in knowing things we should do. Just for example, the pedagogy, academe, and some teaching techniques and strategies.
As a future teacher in our society someday, i must learn many things, which I can share to my students and also, fellow teachers someday. Many people say that being a teacher was something nonsense (WALEY kumbaga)compare daw to other courses like accountancy, engineering and etc.. but for me, being a teacher is sometihg I would like to treasure in my life. As for me, maximizibg course in human development is something na hindi basta-basta kasi maraming factors ang dapat na iconsider.
Para masabi na isang mabuting guro balang araw, it does'nt mean na your good in teaching kasi we must consider also your traits and characters that may influenced your society. Hindi porke't isa kang guro ay masasabing dapat ka ngang tularan, because base on my previous observations, may mga guro na lumilihis sa kagandahang asal which we should not do dahil tinawag nga tayong GURO ay upang magturo ng kagandahang asal to our society someday.
Isa sa nakakaapekto nito ay nagmula kung pano ba tayo pinalaki ng ating mga magulang. The lessons and traits that we've learned from them which we can treasure and share to other someday. Next are the people around us w/c influenced a lot in our traits and character in our daily living.. Ngunit kahit ano pa yan, upang makatulong tayo ay dapat alam natin kung pano mkibagay. Oo nga't nagtuturo tayo pero habang nagtuturo tayo, ay dapat natututo din tasyo sa ating paligid.

My course is not easy,you need to responsible enough in all things that you do related to it.What I have said earlier hindi talaga siya madali name pa lang bongga na Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English.High school students tuturuan namin if ever na makapasa kami sa board exam bilang future teacher.The field of teaching is the very hard profession compared to other ,because as we can observed,all teachers should be persevere in order to level yourself with those students that you are going to handle.

The first thing comes in my mind is my choosen course. It’s either the Information Technology, Accountancy. Business Management , and the last is the Education.
When my parents asked me about my course, they told me to take the Education course because that is one of my dreams as a child.
As a student, I will study hard and gain more knowledge to achieve my dreams. As a future educator, I will share my knowledge to my students, and the achievements that I get. I will give advice in solving their problems either financial or family problems. I will teach them the good values and attitudes so that they can also achieve their goals. In my family, I will help them in sending my younger brother in school and also in the savings in our house.

AS we all know,today,some teacher and professor in some school and universities used power point in teaching because for now this is the most easiest way of presenting their lesson they just click then it will appear or even vanish without wasting a lot of time.Maybe they used power point because that's their way of presenting their lesson in a creative manner.Others still using cartonlina and manila paper but it doesn't matter,what matters most is how the students can easily comprehend what do the teacher teach without considering what technique he/she used.
Teachers have different ways or technique on how to impart knowledge to their students and how to mold them as a productive human being..

First of all, human development is actually connected with my course because as a future educator., I will be handling different kinds of youth with big differences on their personality. From this scenario, I could say that this would be a very big responsibility in the near future. I will be faced with lots of challenges and this means I should developed myself to be tactful. But besides, preparing myself is just a half of how to maximize my ability to help in human development. Everything would start on how I or should I say us , will think of ways to improve our craft on helping develop the future generations.To socialize can be helpful so that you are practicing yourself to meet different people and to know them despite their differences. As we all know, human development helps a lot in improving once personality. It offers important new contributions to the global dialogue on this challenge, showing how sustainability is inextricably linked to basic questions of equity—that is, of fairness and social justice and of greater access to a better quality of life. . The basic purpose of development is to enlarge people's choices. In principle, these choices can be infinite and can change over time. People often value achievements that do not show up at all, or not immediately, in income or growth figures: greater access to knowledge, better nutrition and health services, more secure livelihoods, security against crime and physical violence, satisfying leisure hours, political and cultural freedoms and sense of participation in community activities. The objective of development is to create an enabling environment for people to enjoy long, healthy and creative lives.Perhaps most important, the human development approach has profoundly affected an entire generation of policy-makers and development specialists around the world.As it helps for the next generation of students.Human development is concerned with what I take.n So in this situation, it will help to evaluate once knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people that are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, research.In this case, some of students learn how to socialize with others.

The teacher must always come to school to teach his students.He must introduce the course and what it is all about , the teaching takes place in the academe . He must use different strategies in teaching in order that the student can understand it and the most important of all is he watch out if his students are gaining knowledge and if they apply it in their everyday living
The students and the teacher must have a give and take relationship to have a good harmony inside the classroom . The teacher must be considerable and understanding to his students , while the students must be obedient and active during every discussion . The teacher will only tech the things that is related to the course they are taking up he must not utter anything that is not related to the discussion . most of all he will discuss a more sense lesson the second one he must not be boring , he must gave trivia's and brainstorming questions before he starts the discussion
to widen the knowledge of his students .As a teacher he must
be a good organizer , a good planner , good speaker and a direct to the point when discussing lessons. For me a teacher must have that kind of characteristics because why? all of that characteristics mostly help a teacher , in that he can discuss all the lessons well in the whole period of the semester without cramming . A good speaker in order that the lesson must be interested and the students will pay attention for it . Direct to the point in the topic he are teaching to easily get what he is talking all about . A good planner '' Having a step by step plan in his everyday lesson to avoid being confuse on what he will be discussing for the whole week

Human development relates economics and standards of living wherein there are certain factors involved like income, production, distribution, availability in employment and most of all quality. We are now in a generation wherein there are many innovations especially in technology and for me B.S Education students should pursue greater knowledge and skills so we could cater the needs of the future generations for we will be their future educators.
Being a teacher is a noble profession because they are said to be the "molders of the youth" and we are all educated by teachers. A good teacher produces good students, the students are the reflection of how the teacher effectively does his or her profession and passion as I may say. Personally, I learn through listening and it is called emphatic listening where you learn more when you listen attentively to the speaker. But what if the speaker doesn't know his subject well? He may misled his listeners and eventually when they encounter other people that has more knowledge on the subject later on they might have a dilemma on who is giving right the information. " Knowledge is power", but not just knowledge but right information is vital. So I will study and base my knowledge on facts through reading books, gathering information from the internet for we are now using multimedia as means and source of information, attend seminars that present innovation in teaching and learning skills and sharing them to my classmates as well as to my future students.

It entails your one hundred percent ado to face all the challenges and obstacles, but despite of this, BSEdEn can give you the taste of the sweetest fruit of your labor which you deserve once you finished your study.
Human development is about making ones a better individual for himself, for others, and for the country. It encompasses expanding the choices that people have, improving human condition to have the chance to lead full lives, and forming a knowledgeable man.
Bachelor of Secondary Education – Major in English is a great help in human development. It can be the way to make a better person. An Educator is said to be the molders of young generation. As a mentor, he just doesn’t teach his student how to count, read, and write, nevertheless he also provides learnings in all aspect of life.
Teacher serves as our second parent. He guides us in every step we take in the path we chose. He is a good model, he make sure that he does the right thing which is accepted by the society. He shows good manners for he know that many will follow and admire him.
